Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Agefinity may offer complimentary shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress using the tracking details provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Our Quality Commitment

Agefinity products are developed using carefully selected ingredients and are manufactured under strict quality controls. Due to the nature of skincare and nutritional supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product arrived with manufacturing defects.

  • The product received does not match your confirmed order.

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened supplement containers

  • Used products of any kind

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  • Promotional, complimentary, or gift items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  4. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.

Agefinity reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.


Refund Policy

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

We do not offer refunds based on personal results, product preference, or changes in individual expectations after use.
